The Friends of Shipley Windmill have opened the windmill to the public for the last 22 years. For further information, see the volunteer page.
Flour has often been available to be sold at the mill, together with a range of souvenirs, videos, models, cards etc., as well as limited edition prints of Shipley and other Sussex mills. Sadly these are no longer available at the mill, although they can still be purchased through the Friends.
School and other group visits have also been arranged at other times, subject to the availability of volunteers.
Shipley Windmill served as the fictional home of the hero of the BBC Television series Jonathan Creek. Click here to read all about it!
